Application Process for Departments

Departments can fill out an application to request funding for a TA Consultant. We currently do not have the resources to guarantee every department at UCLA a TA Consultant. Therefore, the application process is competitive and departments that submit the highest quality applications are awarded available funding. Please note that there will be no Technology Teaching Assistant Consultant (TTAC) program this year due to budget cuts.

Application Materials and Deadlines

Application materials are available below in Microsoft Word (.doc), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), or Rich Text Format (.rtf). If you would like to receive a hard copy of the application materials, please contact the TA Training Program Coordinator.

The deadline for applications for the 2011-12 academic year will be announced shortly. We are pushing the deadline back to accommodate the many departments that cannot nominate a TAC until the Dissertation Year Fellowships have been announced in mid-May. Thank you for your patience.
