Event Information
Two weeks notice is usually sufficient for scheduling a videoconference within the US, but our schedule does fill up quickly. For international events, three weeks notice is preferred. If the date and time is available, we will tentatively hold it for 48 hours. Once we have your billing information and remote site contact information, we will confirm your reservation by email. Cancellations within 3 working days of a scheduled event will be charged a fee of 30% of the total event cost.
