Slide Projection- One slide projector is located in the very back of the room. The projector does not have its own tray - these must be supplied by the instructor. AVS also has trays available for check-out.
- There is a remote control attached to the lab counter in the front of the room.
Data Projection- A NEC Projector is installed in the ceiling. When activated, it can project both video and data.
- A VGA cable can be plugged directly into the video output of most laptops.
Video Projection- The NEC Projector can project video as well.
- Both VHS and DVD players are installed in the lab counter. Call AVS for a training.
Ethernet- Four ports are available for hooking up to the Internet through the Classroom Network. For instructions on connecting, go to the Classroom Network section.
P.A. System- A wired lavalier microphone is always present at the media cabinet.
- There is only one microphone input at the media cabinet. (XLR)
- Wireless lavalier microphones are also available to check out for the quarter. Call AVS to reserve one. The frequency is "00".
- Inputs are present at the media cabinet to plug in a cassette or CD player and to play through the system.
