Front of Room

This room has four ethernet ports, allowing access to the Internet. For more information, please go to the Classroom Network section.

The following equipment has been permanently assigned to this room by AVS:

• An overhead projector.
• A slide projector.

The slide projector does not have its own tray, this must be either supplied by the instructor or checked out from AVS. An infra-red remote must also be checked out from AVS to operate the slide projector.

Due to the size of the room, the Multimedia Projector Cart is normally used for video playback requests. This cart is also usually used for data projection requests.

This room has an installed public amplification system.

• A wired lavalier microphone is always present at the front of the room.
• There are three microphone input at the panel (XLR Input).
• Wireless lavalier microphones are also available to check out for the quarter. Call AVS to reserve one. The frequency is "01".
• Inputs are present to plug in a cassette or CD player and to play through the system.
