• This room is equipped to allow classes to be video recorded for viewing over the Internet. For more information, visit www.bruincast.ucla.edu.

Slide Projection

• There are no slide projectors installed and it is not possible to set up a portable system in this room.

Data Projection

• A Panasonic projector is installed in the back of the room. When activated, it can project both video and data.
• A Classroom Computer is installed at the media cabinet.
• A VGA cable comes out of the media cabinet, which can be plugged directly into the video output of most laptops.

Video Projection

• The Panasonic projector can project video as well.
• Both VHS and DVD decks are located in the media cabinet in the front of the room.

Ethernet

• There are two ports on the front wall for hooking up to the Internet through the Classroom Network. They are identified as "AP-17" and "AP-19".
• The Classroom Computer has its own port and is already configured to the Classroom Network.

P.A. System

• There are six microphone inputs at the media cabinet. (XLR)
• Wireless lavalier microphones are also available to check out for the quarter. Call AVS to reserve one. The frequencies are "00" or "10".
• The Classroom Computer is connected to the P.A. system for sound support.
• Inputs are present at the media cabinet to plug in a cassette or CD player and to play through the system.
