Tutorials- There are currently two tutorials for this room. To view them, you will need Adobe Flash Player. For a free download, click here.
- The Media Cabinet Overview tutorial goes over the entire cabinet and then specifically looks at the video switcher.
- The DVD / VHS Operation tutorial demonstrates how to play either a VHS tape or a DVD through the room's video projector.
Slide Projectors- No slide projectors are permanently installed in this room. Call AVS to set up a slide projector delivery on either daily basis or for the whole quarter.
Data Projector- A Proxima Projector is installed in the ceiling. When activated, it can project data images on the screen.
- A VGA cable can be plugged directly into the video output of most laptops, and there is an attached audio cable for playing laptop sound in the room.
Video Playback- The Proxima Projector can project video as well.
- A Classroom Computer is installed at the media cabinet.
- Both VHS and DVD players are located in the media cabinet in the front of the room.
Ethernet- Four ports are available for hooking up to the Internet through the Classroom Network. They are located on the front wall.

- The Classroom Computer has its own port and is already configured to the Classroom Network.
P.A. System- There is only one microphone input at the media cabinet (XLR).
- Wireless lavalier microphones are available to check out for the quarter. The frequency is "46".
- The Classroom Computer is connected to the P.A. system for sound support.
- Inputs are present on the media cabinet to plug in other media devices (cassette player, video camera, etc.) and to play through the system.
