Classroom Feedback Form

The Educational Technology Systems unit of the Office of Instructional Development monitors the condition of all UCLA General Assignment Classrooms and helps to coordinate upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.

The physical condition of the classroom has been shown to have a significant effect on the quality of teaching and learning that takes place in the space.  Non-functional equipment, broken chairs, peeling paint, distressed flooring, etc. can all be a distraction to both the instructor and the student.  ETS is specifically responsible for all presentation equipment in general assignment classrooms, but in addition to that role acts as the first contact point for issues reported by users.
