Audio Visual Services
Audio Visual Services (AVS) distributes and provides assistance and training
in the use of audio-visual equipment, computer projection and network access
for UCLA classes and events. Most AVS services are provided free of charge
to undergraduate classes at their regularly scheduled time and place.
Services are also available on a recharge basis to other classes and
programs which support the academic, administrative, research and public
service missions of the university.
Media Systems Design
Media Systems Design provides consultation, design, fabrication, and
installation services for media and technology systems. Media Systems Design
Services include everything from media equipment specifications, pricing and
purchase recommendations to complete facility, design, project supervision,
installation and training.
Media Systems Maintenance
Media Systems Maintenance repairs, adjusts, and maintains audio/video
equipment and media systems. The staff work closely with Media Systems
Design and Audio Visual Services in maintaining and servicing media
installations in classrooms and labs their services are also available to
the campus on a recharge basis.
