The UCLA Ocean Discovery Center is UCLA's way of letting LA's elementary school students get their hands on some real science.

The UCLA Ocean Discovery Center, located under the carousel at the historic Santa Monica Pier, welcomes visitors daily in the summer and on weekends throughout the rest of the year.

For hours and directions call the Center at 393-6149.


The Ocean Discovery Center's website contains an informative guide to sea life.
